Vogt regularly appears in news broadcasts and true crime film documentaries.In 2009 she was interviewed by Elizabeth Vargas for ABC 20/20 and appeared on Good Morning America and CBS Sunday Morning while reporting from Perugia, Italy on the Amanda Knox trial. Her analysis was also featured in a Discovery Channel documentary about the murder of Meredith Kercher and an A & E Biography documentary about the Monster of Florence. For the Italian national television channel La 7, she completed five episodes of "L'Altra Meta' del Crimine" a popular new crime series about women, crime and forensic science. A second season is currently underway. In 2011, she is researching and presenting "Crime: Crossing the Line" a new 10-part series about European cross-border crime.
